Michael A. DeRose is the President/Owner of Park Avenue Property Group. His extensive knowledge of New York City & His success as the founder- Chairman & CEO of Park Avenue Venture Group, Ltd are the main ingredients and key to his success in the Manhattan Real Estate Market. He handles each client personally from the beginning to the end of their Real Estate transaction(s) with Park Avenue Property Group. His energy and 24/7 work ethic are a core element in the level of Professionalism brought to every transaction.
Mr. DeRose was born and raised in Upstate NY & after 10 years in New England (NH & Boston) as a very successful Business Owner he decided to move to Manhattan and expand his investment knowledge & Experience. Mr. DeRose founded Park Avenue Venture Group, Ltd. & its affiliates. Park Avenue Investment Advisor's, LLC & The Universal Venture Fund, Park Avenue Asset Mgt. (One of the largest Introducing Brokers of Alternative Investments for retail clients), Park Avenue Entertainment Group & Park Avenue Property Group. His ability to look at clients needs in real estate from an investment point of view are critical in making sure a clients Real Estate needs & goals are achieved.
Mr. DeRose resides on Park Avenue in Manhattan with his wife Christine, their son Aidan, daughter Addison, his English bulldog Newman & his Boston terrior Abbey. He also has a home Los Angeles California. His Corporate offices are located in Corporate section of Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Park Avenue Venture Group Ltd also has a West Coast office in downtown Los Angeles as well as a branch office for Park Avenue Asset Mgt. in Sunny Isles Florida. In addition to his extensive knowledge of NYC- Mr. DeRose has active business relationships in Tokyo, California, Florida & New England & is a member of several Clubs & Organizations in Manhattan, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami & Beverly Hills.
